Time to Talk is an NHS service providing free psychological ‘Talking Therapies’ to people experiencing mild-moderate levels of anxiety and depression. People can self-refer and we also accept professional referrals. We offer assessment and a range of different therapies, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), guided self-help and counselling, plus signposting. Therapies are delivered face to face, via digital platforms and by telephone. This service is offered by a health provider.
