Family Nurse Partnership (FNP)/ Teenage Pregnancy Board

FNP is for parents aged 24 and under. Young mothers-to-be are partnered with a specially trained Family Nurse who visits regularly, from early pregnancy until the child is aged between one and two. This service is free to use. This service is offered by a health provider.
